The East Lyme Room
The East Lyme Room houses the East Lyme History Collection and Archives (ELHCA), a collaboration between the East Lyme Public Library and the East Lyme Historical Society.
The emphasis of the collections is historical, providing information about the town of East Lyme. The collections may include books, periodicals, diaries, yearbooks, maps, scrapbooks, ledgers, manuscripts, photographs, correspondence, papers, records of local organizations and government, and more. Subject areas include, but are not limited to: businesses, prominent individuals, events, local families, schools, churches, and shared history with other local towns.
